Abstract fractal art (Mathematical) created with Ultra Fractal.

Description
of the digital art technique used to create this image:

The fractal image “Sandpiper” was created and rendered with Ultra Fractal. Various fractals on several layers are combined with changing merge modes (layertechnique) to get more three-dimensional deepness.

Series: Fractals as Art on the Subject Spirals by Karin Kuhlmann.

Fancy blue fractal design in metallic 3D look, with countless rotating spirals, looking like a vehicle moving through a puddle. To achieve this 3-dimensional deepness and the fine graduated silver blue coloring accentuated by violet shades the fractal image has been composed on several transparent layers with Ultra Fractal. Fractal Design “Sandpiper” belongs to a series of “Fractals as Art” on the topic spirals I’m working on since 2000.
